SHIPPING POLICY 

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days, as many pieces are made from curated textile waste and may require additional finishing.

  • Custom or limited-edition items may take longer (details will be mentioned on product pages).

2. Shipping Time

  • India orders typically arrive in 3–5 working days after dispatch.

  • Remote areas may take longer.

  • We do not provide international shipping currently. 

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping on all orders. 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

5. Delays

While we strive to ship on time, delays due to logistics, weather, or festivals may occur. We will keep you informed.

6. Incorrect Address

If the provided address is incorrect/incomplete, delivery may fail. Re-shipping charges may apply.
