Return and Refund Policy – Nothing New

Because our pieces are made using textile waste, some items are one-of-a-kind, and most are produced in very limited quantities. To maintain fairness and quality:

1. Eligibility for Returns

We offer returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • You received a size different from what you ordered.

  • If you wish to exchange a size, but we don’t have it in stock. 

No returns for:

  • Minor variations in colour/texture (due to the nature of deadstock textiles).

  • Size issues if the wrong size was ordered by the customer.

  • Wear and tear from use.

2. Return Request Window

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery at nothingnew@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Images of the product

3. Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds are processed as store credit or original payment method (whichever applies).

  • Refunds take 7–12 working days to reflect.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges depend on availability, as most items are limited-run or one-of-a-kind.
If the exact item is not available, we can offer a refund or store credit. 

5. Non-Returnable/non-exchangeable Items

  • Custom orders

  • Sale items

 

6. Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them.

  • Once the order is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.

Refunds for cancellations (within the allowed window) can take 7–10 working days.
