Return and Refund Policy – Nothing New
Because our pieces are made using textile waste, some items are one-of-a-kind, and most are produced in very limited quantities. To maintain fairness and quality:
1. Eligibility for Returns
We offer returns only in the following cases:

You received a damaged product.

You received the wrong product.

You received a size different from what you ordered.

If you wish to exchange a size, but we don’t have it in stock.
No returns for:

Minor variations in colour/texture (due to the nature of deadstock textiles).

Size issues if the wrong size was ordered by the customer.

Wear and tear from use.
2. Return Request Window
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery at nothingnew@gmail.com with:

Order ID

Images of the product
3. Refunds
If your return is approved:

Refunds are processed as store credit or original payment method (whichever applies).

Refunds take 7–12 working days to reflect.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges depend on availability, as most items are limited-run or one-of-a-kind.
If the exact item is not available, we can offer a refund or store credit.
5. Non-Returnable/non-exchangeable Items

6. Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them.

Once the order is dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
Refunds for cancellations (within the allowed window) can take 7–10 working days.
