If you receive a damaged item, the wrong product, or a size different from what you ordered, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your Order ID and product images.

How do I raise a return request?

 Do you offer exchanges?

Exchanges depend on stock availability, since many of our pieces are limited-run or one-of-a-kind. If the exact item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit.

Yes. Custom orders and sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Will the piece I receive look exactly like the image online?

Not always. Because we work with rescued, deadstock, and surplus textiles, fabric placement, texture, and small details may vary slightly from piece to piece. That is part of what makes each garment unique.
